Each customer workspace is logically isolated. Your business data is not used to train models for other customers, and cross-tenant access is prohibited by design.

Encryption

• TLS encryption in transit for application traffic
• Encryption at rest for primary datastores
• Secrets managed outside application source code

Access control

• Role-based permissions inside customer accounts
• Least-privilege access for Againsoft LLC staff supporting customers
• Audit logging for sensitive administrative actions

AI safety controls

Autonomous workflows start in review mode. Customers can set approval thresholds, spending limits, and rollback rules before full automation.

Availability

We monitor uptime and incident response continuously. Status and maintenance notices are communicated to account admins when material.

If you believe you found a vulnerability, email support@againsoft.com with steps to reproduce. Please avoid accessing other customers' data.
