Agreement

By creating an account or using AgainERP, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use AgainERP on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

The service

AgainERP provides cloud ERP software and AI-assisted operational features. Features may change as we improve the product. Current plans are described on our Pricing page.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Do not misuse the service, probe systems, or infringe others' rights
• You are responsible for data you upload and actions taken in your workspace

Customer data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. AI automations run under controls you configure (including review mode and approval rules).

Fees

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Enterprise agreements may include separate order forms and SLAs.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect — you remain responsible for business decisions and compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Againsoft LLC's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using AgainERP at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security risk. Upon termination, you may export data during a reasonable wind-down period where available.
